bacchi Amsterdam special edition

 

 

the assignment:
Create a coffee cup design with an Amsterdam theme for coffee brand, bacchi. Use the ‘doodle’ elements from the brand-style as inspiration. Although the cup is a one-time special edition, the style of the design must be identifiable as belonging to bacchi.

the result:
For this assignment, I wanted to speak to the Amsterdam local. I chose to mainly include symbols that are relevant to the culture and history of this city, but that locals in particular would recognize and could identify with. The coffee beans woven throughout the design and the colour choices tie everything together and make it ‘bacchi’.

This assignment I completed as part of an internship during my 2^nd year of study at the HAS.
